Refund Policy

If the wine is faulted due to handling, storage, cork taint & microbial spoilers a full refund including shipping to cover the return will be given. Please e-mail info@katymoore.ca in order to set up the return process.

If there is a question of style or personal preference and/or product not to your liking please e-mail info@katymoore.ca to discuss credits for services or other possible solutions. No refunds can be applied due to the nature of the product but our focus is on customer service and we want to ensure that all of the Katy Moore Wines wines are enjoyed by our customers as much as we enjoy them.
