Vibrant Wild Raspberry and Blue Plum aromas with a subtle white pepper spice. A classic example of Barbera designed for immediate enjoyment.
Method: the grapes are de-stemmed and crushed. The fermentation is carried out with specially selected yeasts at a controlled temperature, with frequent pumping and delestage in cement & stainless steel tanks. No Oak
Grape: 100 % Barbera
Soil: medium mixture, with a good amount of clay and iron and aluminum silicates. Low amount of limestone
Exposure: south
Year of plantation: 1977 on a medium grade slope
